Help Desk Analyst III

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in West Hollywood, California. In this role, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive technical support, including managing devices and applications, overseeing user accounts, and troubleshooting issues. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, support, and manage macOS devices and applications across the team
• Oversee mobile device management solutions for secure and efficient use of mobile devices
• Administer Google Workspace, including managing user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting
• Provide basic support for Salesforce CRM users, including setup and configuration
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, particularly with technology setup and training
• Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software related issues
• Utilize knowledge of Active Directory, Apple Devices, and Computer Hardware to manage and support systems
• Apply Configuration Management and Deployment skills to ensure systems run smoothly
• Maintain customer relationships through CRM - Customer Relationship Manager skills
• Ensure accurate import customer service and manage incoming payments
• Prepare and present external reports as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
• Experience with Cisco Technologies
• Proficiency in using Mac Computers
• Expertise in Microsoft software and tools
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Familiarity with Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Experience in Deployments
• Understands CRM - Customer Relationship Manager
• Proven experience in Import Customer Service
• Experience in managing Incoming Payments
• Knowledge of External Reporting processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
