Duration: Full-Time, ASAP Start
Caseload: K-12

Job Details:
We are looking for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Stevenson-Carson, WA. This position will support students with behavioral needs across the district, helping implement behavior plans, and working closely with the BCBA and other support staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioral challenges
  • Collect and record data on student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • RBT Certification required
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
