Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Vancouver, Washington area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled BCBA to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support student success
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure effectiveness of behavior plans

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • School experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives

Compensation:

  • $42-51/hour, based on experience and qualifications
