Billing and Office Assistant

Robert Half is seeking a Billing and Office Assistant for our growing company here in Honolulu - this is a great opportunity: an entry level, direct hire role, to secure before the holiday season and have for the 2025 new year
Location: HONOLULU, Hawaii - preference for interviews will be given to residents as this position starts immediately and is 100% onsite
Billing and Office Assistant job duties:
- Perform accounting functions, data entry, billing and accounts receivables
- Answer phones, handle reception functions, greet visitors and internal staff
- Handle clerical functions, making copies, scanning documents, printing, photocopying
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory
- Schedule meetings and other appointments
- Coordinate and plan office activities, handle travel arrangements
- Special projects as assigned
Minimum one year in an office setting
MS Office Suite and technical savvy
Ability to work with others as well as autonomously
References from employment history or volunteer work
Higher Education a plus, but not required
