• Proficiency in recruiting and onboarding processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle and adapt to changes in procedures or job duties.
