Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour

 

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our well known client's team.. This role is based onsite in Portland, OR and offers fantastic benefits, opportunities for growth and learning, and a fun and collaborative team. This position will continue to drive the culture of the team, as well as drive sales and a successful business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Customer Service representatives.

  • Assist with new hire and ongoing training for the team, scheduling, approving time off, and performance reviews.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

  • Enter orders and follow up with the shipping team on order status. 

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree or similar preferred. 

  • 3+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a Lead or Manager role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using a CRM or ERP system is preferred. 



Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
