Media Sales Executive

LHH is currently searching for a Media Sales Executive for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have least two years of selling digital media and be experienced in prospecting, cold calling, and full cycle sales. This is an onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Dallas market
· Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to generate new leads and business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in advertising agencies, brands, and businesses
· Sell a variety of media solutions
· Develop customized strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results
· Present and negotiate sales proposals and contracts with clients
· Successfully close deals, including large contracts of at least $100k, demonstrating a strong ability to handle high-value clients
· Monitor performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to ensure client satisfaction
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in media or sponsorship sales
· Proven track record of successful media sales and revenue generation
· Strong knowledge of the Dallas market
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or related field
· Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
