Destination Sales Executive

Marriott International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling of Marriott's products and services.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and Marriott's products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
