Call Center Representative

TEKsystems is hiring CSR's for a local Health Insurance Company in Indianapolis, IN
Job Description: Contractors will be taking Inbound calls from Members. You will be on the phones most of the day. You will document calls into the system as they happen. Calls would include:
- Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover
- Issues with billing, requests for a new card
- If specific products will be covered by their insurance
- Updating address's in the system
- Locating doctors in the network for them
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ year(s) working in a Call Center, preferably insurance or physician's office
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred for our bilingual opening)
- Must have worked with Word, Excel, Web Based Systems.
- Must be able to hardwire into home internet connection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Availability
Location: Near the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. First 4-6 weeks onsite for training, then transition to fully remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
