Our SaaS client is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to support their team for 7 months, up to 40hr/wk, remote. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer engagement programs that amplify our customers through their stories, reviews, and analyst, investor, and public relations opportunities across key products and industries.


Responsibilities:

● Develop customer marketing content, including case studies, video testimonials, blogs and webinars that align to our product messaging, positioning and demonstrating the value of our products and services for use by marketing and sales teams.

● Support new product launches with customer stories working closely with sales, success and marketing teams to ensure we have customer stories to generate demand and sell new products.

● Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively leverage customer stories including sales slides, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process and influence revenue.

● Work cross functionally with sales and success to source customers for case studies, thought leadership and speaking engagements (customer, partner conferences), analyst reports, investor relations and press to drive brand awareness and demand.

● Analyze and report on performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

● 5+ years of Customer Marketing or customer marketing experience.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write customer case studies and produce customer videos that showcase customer success.

● Experience working with customers and sales teams.

● Experience working at Enterprise B2B technology companies.

● Excellent cross-functional experience; proven experience thriving in a matrixed environment.

● Experience with Salesforce and customer reference management software.
