Immediate need for an experienced HR Business Partner at this prestigious healthcare organization. This position will be responsible for the following:

Provide strategic and operational HR consultation to assigned client groups, spanning multiple states.

· Assess HR initiatives and develop recommendations to support business strategies.

· Drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation.

· Support the Human Resources Department in creating and implementing cultural changes that align with company goals.

· Assist, guide, and direct managers in handling human resources matters within their teams.

· Analyze and manipulate data to create insightful reports, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.

· Manage and resolve basic and complex employee relations issues, minimizing potential risks to the company.

· Actively participate in regular client meetings to provide HR support and guidance.

· Stay up-to-date with legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

· Lead or assist in rolling out corporate-wide HR initiatives to client groups.

· Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

· Contribute to business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.

· Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

· Manage the company's unemployment process and participate in related hearings.

· Support benefit and compensation plans, including explaining programs, consulting with employees, and providing administrative support.
