• Draft letters from templates and type up handwritten reports
• Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
• Use Microsoft Excel to monitor and manage customer accounts
• Post notices on doors and manage other property-related tasks
• Cover front desk duties as needed
• Interact with a diverse range of clients, including formerly homeless adults.• Must hold at least one year of prior experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance is essential
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service skills to manage tenant relationships
• Understanding of property management principles is a plus
