About the Role: Spectrum Health & Human Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Summary:**
The Medical Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to clinicians, providers, and managers while delivering exceptional customer service to the individuals we serve. This includes managing intakes, scheduling, auditing, and uploading documents into client health records, as well as processing patient letters and filing them accordingly.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients in a friendly demeanor upon arrival for their appointment.
- Manage intakes, scheduling, auditing, and uploading documents into client health records.
- Process patient letters and file them accordingly.
- Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Verify insurance coverage for 3rd party payers, Medicaid, and complete financial reviews daily.
- Collect, reconcile, and post client payments accurately.
- Send and receive incoming and outgoing mail and faxes efficiently.
- Respond to high-volume email requests in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of work experience in a related field preferred.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

This is a part-time position offering $17/hour compensation.
