Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at the Catholic Health LIFE Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

  • Assist with correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and coordinate meetings
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • AS Degree in Administrative Assistant or related field (strongly preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in health care-related administrative assistant roles (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on ACCESS
  • Ability to learn other software as needed

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $22.45 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.
