As a Regional IT Operations Manager at GBG, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT services to our global team members. You will be responsible for implementing ITSM support strategies, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for our team members, and driving continuous performance improvement in the support function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ITSM support strategies across corporate IT and team member tooling
  • Ensure global team members receive a positive and consistent experience
  • Review team and system performance metrics
  • Manage regional stakeholder relationships
  • Provide technical mentoring to direct reports
  • Identify trends and achieve continuous performance improvement in the support function
  • Design and implement best practice processes for incident, problem, request, and event management
  • Manage workload and team adherence to change control processes
  • Maintain application and service configuration, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Manage monthly regional budgets and report on performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good technical understanding to support Tier 1/Tier 2 engineers
  • Knowledge of best practices frameworks, such as ITIL 3 and above
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills for service improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of technologies, including Exchange/O365 Administration, Desktop Support, Office365 Applications, Windows 10/11, Mimecast, Group Policy, and AD/AAD
