About the Position

As a Personal Care Attendant with VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals of all ages. Under the guidance of the Home Care Aide Staffing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and executing daily patient assignments
  • Collecting and reporting patient and family data to the supervisor
  • Carrying out interventions and procedures as directed to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Supporting activities of daily living, collecting vital signs, ambulation/exercises, homemaking, and more
  • Effective communication of clinical information to patients, their representatives, and home care staff, ensuring timely and appropriate reporting

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience is highly valued
  • Valid state driver's license, vehicle, and automobile insurance required. Ability to successfully pass pre-employment driver record, criminal, adult and child abuse background check/review required. Must show proof of auto insurance at time of employment

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the annual salary range for this position to be between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits and support to help you grow professionally and personally.
