Job Title: CD Sales Manager - Purchase Consumer Direct Division

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CD Sales Manager to oversee all activities related to operations and development of our company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review pipelines for timeliness, lock expiration, COE, loan contingency, and other critical factors.
  • Collaborate with processors to manage the pipeline and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Validate 14-day close submissions for completeness before submitting to the underwriter.
  • Support the Sales Team by reviewing scenarios, assisting with loan file structuring, and reviewing income documentation.
  • Resolve or escalate file-level issues to sales or processing managers as needed.
  • Communicate training needs to the management team as required.
  • Review Encompass reports for file start dates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with LOs/SMs to review and lock loans in processing.
  • Review suspended loans by underwriting and resolve issues.
  • Meet with LOs to review pipeline performance as needed.
  • Assist new LOs with Encompass questions and DU/LP findings.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with Loan Consultants to review policy changes and system updates.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-time refinance or purchase loan origination experience.
  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.
  • Ability to accurately structure and price loans.
  • Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
  • Current and Active NMLS license.
  • Four or more additional state NMLS licenses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more recent years of full-time purchase loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Minimum of four approved state licenses through the NMLS.

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
