About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mortgage branch manager to help us build capacity at CityScape Metro Group. The successful applicant will have years of management experience in the mortgage industry and a proven track record of sales success with their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train all branch personnel, including mortgage loan officers, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team.
  • Help employees achieve sales goals by leading, training, and motivating them to succeed.
  • Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members.
  • Excel in meeting all pipeline, sales management, and new business generation goals to increase market share.
  • Market and promote our company with business partners and referral networks, such as realtors, with strong attention to reputation management.
Requirements
  • NMLS or state licensing preferred.
  • Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations, such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans.
  • Undergraduate degree in banking, finance, business administration, or economics preferred, or equivalent experience accepted.
  • Requires 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role as customer service, operations, business development, human resources, or sales manager.
  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills.
