This role as a Customer Experience Associate involves delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless rental process, and promoting our range of services and products. The ideal candidate will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, facilitating their needs throughout their rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and efficient customer service by explaining rental agreements, vehicle features, and available options.
  • Assist customers with additional needs, including directions and local information.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed to enhance customer relations.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • No recent drug or alcohol-related offenses.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Minimum of twelve months of employment with the most recent employer.
