Position Overview:
As a Multilingual Customer Support Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail clients to identify their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Representatives are responsible for promptly addressing customer issues and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. You will also need to stay informed about product features and uphold the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
  • Engaging with customers both in-person and via phone to assess their needs and present relevant products and services.
  • Establishing and nurturing productive trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
  • Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
  • Restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment and assisting with the loading/unloading of delivery trucks.
  • Helping with deliveries when necessary.
  • Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Staying knowledgeable about available products and discussing options with customers.
  • Adhering to inventory control protocols.
  • Proposing strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Possess the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Be proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
  • Be capable of tinting paint according to customer color requests, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will also possess:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
