Role Overview
">We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Komodo Health, a company dedicated to reducing the global burden of disease through smarter data use. As a member of our Sales Development team, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline through outreach to prospective customers.
">Compensation Package
">The U.S. national starting hourly base pay for this role is $27.88 - $43.27 USD per hour, with opportunities for commissions based on performance. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility and choice, allowing you to work remotely or from one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.
">About the Job
">In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outreach across multiple communication channels to identify and engage potential leads. You will also coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations with prospects to showcase Komodo's capabilities and solutions. To succeed in this position, you will need to meet/exceed monthly targets for completed meetings and opportunities progressing through the sales pipeline.
">Key Responsibilities

- Navigate tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot efficiently">
- Partner closely with stakeholders in sales to identify key targets and receive feedback on completed meetings">
- Reach out to inbound marketing leads, ensuring follow-up SLA's are met">
- Develop and execute daily/weekly plans to maximize your outreach, including account research, cold-calling blocks, and email/LinkedIn personalization based on business verticals and personas">
- Ensure excellent pre and post-sales service to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers">
Requirements
">- ">
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting">
- Industry experience required: pharma/biotech OR healthcare systems / physician groups OR healthcare technology OR healthcare related education/degree">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
- Fluent in English">
