Job Title: Division Manager

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. As a Division Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Institutional Client Group (ICG) to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Relationship Management teams covering the Insurance and HOA industry, providing direction, strategic decisions, and leadership.
  • Expand and service a variety of large and highly complex loans to customers in the region.
  • Take a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including customer dedication, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of banking experience.
  • BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field, MBA preferred.
  • FINRA licenses required or demonstrated ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (series 63, 79, and 24).
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
  • Knowledge of units and relation to industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills.
