Foothill-De Anza Community College District is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a part-time veterinary technology program instructor. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching courses related to the veterinary technician program.
Responsibilities:- Teach courses related to the veterinary technician program.
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development of the program.
- Master's degree in veterinary technology or a related field.
- Experience teaching veterinary technology courses.
- Knowledge of veterinary technology curriculum and standards.
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
The successful applicant will work in an indoor office environment and will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. The ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds is also required.
Salary Range:The salary range for this position is $_______ to $_______ per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
