Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and operational readiness of our fleet. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of maintenance tasks and vehicle care duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and preparation of vehicles, including vacuuming and detailing interiors.
  • Transport vehicles to and from service locations, including car washes and maintenance facilities.
  • Perform exterior cleaning using both manual and automated methods.
  • Ensure vehicle windows, lights, and body are polished and free of debris.
  • Maintain vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing, and applying air fresheners as needed.
  • Check and replenish essential fluids such as windshield washer fluid, oil, and coolant.
  • Execute basic maintenance inspections covering various vehicle components.
  • Confirm that all necessary vehicle documentation is present and accurate.
  • Assist with local vehicle deliveries as required.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel, which may include air travel.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to adhere to established service protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer navigation and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including flexible hours.
  • Willingness to wear company-provided uniforms.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
