Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at AirPro Diagnostics. As a diagnostic specialist, you will remotely perform pre-scans and post-repair diagnostic scans to assist in the proper repair and reconfiguration of vehicles in collision repair facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience performing hands-on automotive repairs, with at least 2 years as a diagnostic master/lead technician. You will also have experience dealing directly with customers and possess current or previous ASE or OEM certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote diagnostic scans and repairs
  • Work with collision repair facilities to ensure proper vehicle repair
  • Communicate with customers and provide technical support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repairs
  • 2+ years as a diagnostic master/lead technician
  • Experience dealing directly with customers
  • Current or previous ASE or OEM certifications
