Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Meineke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance tasks, assisting experienced technicians, and following standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform Basic Automotive Maintenance Tasks: Conduct routine inspections, assist in basic repairs, and maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Assist Experienced Technicians: Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to effectively communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and estimated costs to customers.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Previous Experience or Technical Training: Preferred.
- Basic Understanding of Automotive Systems: Required.
- Familiarity with Diagnostic Equipment: Required.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Required.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Required.
