Job Description

The Texas A&M University System is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to serve as a College Recruitment Advisor. This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for providing guidance and support to high school students as they navigate the college application process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one admissions and financial aid advice to high school students, encouraging them to consider a broad range of college options.
  • Develop comprehensive college timelines for each student, including application deadlines for admissions and financial aid.
  • Assist students in completing and submitting applications, as well as interpreting correspondence from colleges.
  • Travel to high schools and other locations to perform advising and program work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an institution in the state of Texas.
  • No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with high school students.
  • Experience working with admissions and financial aid.
