Personal Banking Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Advisor. As a key member of our State College Branch team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and transaction processing.
  • Work collaboratively with other branch team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including cash handling, data entry, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in bank-specific software.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
