We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Division Director of Pediatric Nephrology at Children's Mercy Kansas City. As a renowned expert in the field, you will lead a team of esteemed clinicians, researchers, and educators in advancing the field of pediatric nephrology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Division, aligning with the hospital's mission and goals.
- Lead a team of faculty members, clinicians, and researchers in delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical education, and conducting innovative research.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, department chairs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical, educational, and research missions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to support the Division's growth and success.

Requirements- MD or equivalent and board certification in Pediatric Nephrology.
