Fraud Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team at eTeam. As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review suspicious activity referrals from the business and complete case investigations.
  • Partner with the Line of Business, Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals, and RCA Managers to create, implement, maintain, review, or oversee an effective risk management framework.
  • Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors.
  • Identify, respond, and/or escalate risks as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to write professionally with strong attention to wording and grammatical practices.
  • Meet production goals.

Working Conditions:

This is an onsite to hybrid position, requiring the candidate to be in office five days a week until competencies are proficient to work from home two days a week. The candidate will be required to be in office from 8 am to 4:30/5 pm EST.

Pay Rate: $27.50/hr

Duration: 6+ Months on contract with possible extension
