Medical Support Specialist

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine donor eligibility to donate plasma
- Manage donor adverse events
- Review laboratory test results
- Notify donors of unsuitable test results
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently licensed or certified as an EMT-Paramedic
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
- Satisfactorily complete FDA-approved training requirements
