Senior Manager, Business Strategy

At Walmart, we're looking for a seasoned leader to join our InHome team as a Senior Manager, Business Strategy. This critical role will play a key part in designing and delivering the customer experience strategy for our InHome Delivery service.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Business Strategy, you'll lead a mix of strategic and operational projects across the team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Walmart+, InHome, E-commerce, and Last Mile, to drive forward initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction and pain points in the member experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action and create member experience strategies and roadmaps
  • Support developing scalable, omni-channel strategies that drive new member growth and member retention
  • Actively monitor project risks and dependencies and help remove identified barriers to ensure success
  • Provide consulting expertise and act as a CX subject matter expert to senior functional leadership
  • Own regular operational reporting of the business, including preparing materials and monitoring operating plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
  • 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • Leading cross-functional teams and supervisory experience a plus
