Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our Safe Sport Internship Program. This 9-month program offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience in safeguarding, policy development, and education.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of safe sport policies and educational programs.
- Evaluate and improve existing policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on best practices in safe sport and athlete welfare.
- Support the creation of educational content for safe sport webpage.
- Collaborate with the safeguarding team to ensure compliance with safe sport policies.
- Currently enrolled in college or graduate school, or early in their professional career.
- Demonstrated interest in athlete safety, child protection, social work, legal, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of athlete care and confidentiality.
- $18.29 per hour.
