About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Specialist to join our team at Discovery Therapy. As a Pediatric Speech Specialist, you will be responsible for working with children with communication disorders in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Fellow (CF) or Licensed Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of up to $55/hour, plus benefits such as dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
