Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As a speech language pathologist, you will be responsible for developing treatment plans and providing year-round services to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This includes direct, small group sessions, and push-in therapy using evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and develop treatment plans to support students with caseloads of 35-50
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with ASD, incorporating specific, measurable goals tailored to each student
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

Requirements:

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-5th Graders
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
