Job Summary:

This full-time position requires a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inpatient team. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating infants and children with communication disorders, collaborating with medical and therapy personnel to develop effective treatment plans, and educating patients and families about communication strategies and techniques. Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients with known or suspected communication disorders

• Developing individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs

• Implementing interventions and therapies to improve patient outcomes

• Collaborating with medical and therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Educating patients, families, and healthcare professionals about communication strategies and techniques

Requirements:

For this position, we require a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, as well as certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A Clinical Fellowship in pediatric medical-based settings is preferred. You should also have a strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must hold a Pennsylvania Speech & Language Pathology License and Basic Life Support certification. An estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
