Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Lead Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing speech-language therapy services to children aged 0-5 in Philadelphia and 0-3 in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have experience working with young children with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to children aged 0-5 in Philadelphia and 0-3 in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience working with young children with disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package. Strong clinical support and comprehensive supervision are provided for all clinicians.
