Pediatric Care Specialist
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is committed to advancing pediatric care and your career. As a Pediatric Care Specialist in our Float Pool department, you will provide safe nursing care to patients with minimal guidance, basing practice on identified principles and standards of care.

The role requires at least two years of pediatric RN experience and adherence to evidence-based practices, nursing standards, and safety procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adopting healthcare technology and clinical practice changes while maintaining CEUs for nursing licensure and complying with annual nursing competencies and mandatory education.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on national averages for pediatric nurses in the United States. This amount may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
