Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Roaring Fork Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality, while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Cost Control: Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to achieve budgeted targets and maximize profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of guest satisfaction, responding promptly to guest concerns and complaints, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and recognition to ensure team members feel valued and empowered to succeed.
