  • Providing comprehensive scheduling and patient registration services
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of clinical, financial, and administrative tasks
  • Facilitating expeditious appointments and removing barriers as necessary
  • Maintaining effective communication with back office staff and providers

Qualifications
  • Minimum High school or GED equivalent required
  • At least two years of prior customer service experience in a high-volume call center or medical setting
  • Knowledge of call center production metrics and management
  • Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance experience necessary
