Job Opportunity

Lion Real Estate Group, a leading investment firm, is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the team at one of our multifamily apartment communities in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate community activities, staff, and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize occupancy levels and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, including rent rolls, delinquency reports, and Yardi system updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests, representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Train and supervise staff, including the Assistant Community Manager, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, with 1+ year in a Community Manager role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi or similar property management software.
