Job Summary

Alexander Forrest Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our multifamily assets, ensuring that they are well-maintained, profitable, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including repairs, renovations, and capital improvements.
  • Manage the property's budget, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a multifamily setting.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
