CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a skilled Clinical Contracts and Budgets Administrator to join a reputable pharmaceutical client. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for effectively managing the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of clinical site contracts and budgets. This is a long-term contract role with a great client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full clinical site contract lifecycle, including negotiating, reviewing, amending, tracking contract progressions, gathering necessary signatures for contract execution, and terminating.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, ensuring seamless contract execution and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract and budget alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of recent experience negotiating clinical trial contracts and budgets
- Experience with disclosure agreements, service agreements, master agreements, and clinical trial agreements
- Proficiency with Excel and contract and budget management software
What We Offer:
- 1-year contract with the chance to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8am-5pm
- Remote – must reside in TX, AZ, SC, NC, IN, or FL ONLY
- Pay: Submit with requirements
- Benefits: offered through CornerStone while on contract
