Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Senior Client Service Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of intricate financial models from conceptual, intuitive, and practical perspectives.
  • Performing data assessments utilizing SQL, VBA, RStudio, and Excel.
  • Gathering and channeling client feedback regarding product features and functionalities to product management and engineering teams.
  • Delivering exceptional customer support for Moody's Analytics credit risk management solutions.
  • Providing comprehensive education and assistance on product features, functionalities, and technical architecture.
  • Testing and promoting AI technologies to enhance implementation processes.
  • Sharing product expertise to mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborating with product managers and data analytics teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new products.
  • Creating content for the Client Knowledge Base and internal resources while identifying knowledge gaps and designing training programs for team development.

Qualifications:

This role requires a Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Computational Finance, or a closely related quantitative discipline.

Candidates must possess experience or academic training in:

  • Executing complex data analyses and interpreting financial models.
  • Writing SQL Server or Oracle queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting SQL errors.
  • Utilizing programming languages for data manipulation.
  • Conducting price analyses and time-series modeling.
  • Solving complex mathematical challenges through application log file analysis.

For positions based in the U.S., the anticipated salary range for this role is between $88,670 and $160,850, influenced by factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. This position also includes eligibility for incentive compensation.
