About the Opportunity

Veregy LLC is seeking a talented Brand Awareness Developer to join our team. As a Brand Awareness Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Job Summary: As a Brand Awareness Developer, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and support lead-generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support lead-generation goals.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases and systems.
  • Analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Other assignments required to meet regional and national goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of the A|E|C industries, specifically Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing such as website design, SEO best practices, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns, A/B Testing, and blogs/thought leadership.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • Strong content writing and editing skills to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Familiarity with video editing software and basic video production techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Energy Performance Contracting field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company professionally at events.
  • Must be able to travel by car and plane.
