Position Summary

We are in search of a Production Operator, or as we prefer to call it, an Ink Technician, to join our team. We offer a competitive starting wage of $21.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be tasked with producing batches of ink in a safe and efficient manner. As an Ink Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to batch instructions to weigh and mix inks.
  • Understanding proper mixing techniques and raw materials.
  • Preparing ink batches and making adjustments as directed.
  • Packaging the final product.
  • Operating a forklift safely.
Qualifications

To meet the expectations of this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic skills in mathematics, communication, and mechanical reasoning.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
