Key Responsibilities:
- Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts daily, from initial setup through to order tracking during production and delivery.
- Effective Communication: Ensure timely and precise communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Cost Analysis: Develop manufacturing cost estimates utilizing industry-specific software.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare formal quotes for clients.
- Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels in accordance with established guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Clients, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to fulfill client requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's Degree in Business Administration is preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in customer service (preferably within an industrial context).
- Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to learn industry-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
