Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts daily, from initial setup through to order tracking during production and delivery.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure timely and precise communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Cost Analysis: Develop manufacturing cost estimates utilizing industry-specific software.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare formal quotes for clients.
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Clients, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's Degree in Business Administration is preferred).
