Work Schedule
Your work schedule will be engaging, with Monday to Thursday shifts from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, including a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break. Enjoy the benefit of long weekends while contributing to our mission.
Daily Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant, you will facilitate efficient administrative operations and ensure exceptional care for our patients. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients while providing outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing clerical filing and addressing financial matters such as billing. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
