Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with daily culinary operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. They will also support menu development, inventory management, and kitchen management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Support kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Ensure high-quality food standards and sanitation practices
Requirements:
- Culinary experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification
