As a leader in the culinary industry, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, comprehensive medical package, paid vacation, paid time off, parking reimbursement, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Job Overview:

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single kitchen, managing food preparation staff, including the Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and Fry Cooks. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase locally sourced ingredients and international flavors.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Executive Chef to ensure consistent culinary standards.
  • Handle all aspects of the Executive Chef's duties in their absence.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
